Maybe. Oh well. I'll be using the gif method suggested by DTreg1 for now. Thanks!
This would be very useful property
Hi@DTreg1
I am getting page not found when I try and access the loading.io website.
Can you update the link please ?
Thanks
Nigel
Is there any update on this property? It seems to do nothing...
It is not active yet. We will post a blog once it is available for use.
I created a quick video that might help and uploaded it to the community page:
it shows the two methods of doing loading spinners in PowerApps. Hope it can help.

I find that my issue is with running the PowerApps formulas that include lookups and other various functions. Will this LoadingSpinner be a useful functionality for this issue? I can't seem to get it to work for me.
I have a lot of formulas that are displaying data from Dynamics and it loads very slowly and sporatically. I also have an issue with galleries loading an entire gallery initially and then sorting where the user is seeing that happen and it is quite confusing.
Make sure your lookups are in between the updatecontext formulas. The updatecontext formulas should encapsulate what you want to visualize loading. Sort of like the on/off switch. The first turns it on, runs the lookup, then the last runs the off to close the loading spinner.
Something is happening. There is something spinning. But I cant tell any differens between .Controls / .Data.. Any updates on that?
