Search Gallery with Default Items

Hi All. I have a Gallery and I have set its Items with default value. However, if user use Search Function to search room, it will search items in gallery and show room as user requested.

This is the gallery with default items:

When user search for"2020-S1-V1-C-L1-00-02-A", it should show first line only. If user did not choose search icon, it will display all list.

Hope you can help!

Hi @_kikilalaaa,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you want the Gallery to display based on the search box, otherwise, display all?

Could you please tell me that how you set the Items property of the Gallery?

I think that you have had a formula to filter the Gallery, and you want to use the Search() to filter the Gallery again.

I have a test on my side, please check for reference.

Search(<YourDefaultValueFormula>,TextInput1.Text,"Room")

Notice that you should make the formula that you used to display the default value as the data source of your Search() function.

Hope it could help you.

Regards,

Qi

You will need to show the Items property of the gallery to see how to help you.

Yeay it works! Thank you so much. I thought we need to do default first and then other coding for search. But we actually only need this. Thank you again!
