Search data in excel contain 9000 records, Bypass the Limit

hi ,

i have excel contain 9000 records and as you already know there is Limition in puliing the data .

i created Gallaery and Text Box input in order to search and present the data in the Gallaery .

since we have Limition for 2000 records i did the below  :

Refresh(Table1_5);

ClearCollect(tmp_all_data , Filter(Table1_5 , KalNum = "1" ));

Collect(tmp_all_data , Filter(Table2 , KalNum ="1" ));

Collect(tmp_all_data , Filter(Table1_5 , KalNum ="3" ));

Collect(tmp_all_data , Filter(Table1_5 , KalNum ="4" ));

Collect(tmp_all_data , Filter(Table1_5 , KalNum ="5" ));

Collect(tmp_all_data , Filter(Table1_5 , KalNum ="6" ));

Collect(tmp_all_data , Filter(Table1_5 , KalNum ="7" ))

but this no collecting all the data that i have in the excel .

once i am searching in tmp_all_data  it will not retrun rows above 2000 .

can you please help me ? any other idea to search and return data in exce have 9000 records .

Will you be constantly adding to this data or is it static (non changing)?

From this site

"Imported Excel workbooks (using the "Add static data to your app" data source), collections, and tables stored in context variables don't require delegation. All of this data is already in memory, and the full PowerApps language can be applied."

So if your data is static and you use the "Add static data to your app" data source, then you shouldn't have any problems with the 2000 record limit

If your data isn't static, then this won't be possible

HI @rawadm

You will not be able to use Excel with 9000 records with current version of PowerApps.

Here are the Data Stores connectors that are free (comes with basic PowerApps Enterprise Plan) and will be able to handle your records:

1. SharePoint List (Easy to setup)

2. Azure SQL Database (Harder to setup, but I recommended this since it has a lot mroe tools and delegation options)

@rawadm

Yes On-premise SQL Server would also work. However, you will need to setup a gateway to PowerApps.
