there is two database one is location and other is defects,
Location Screen:
Card1 Top:
Textbox1:2,3,4______,Navi->toDefectScreen;
Card2 Bottom:
Textbox2:2,4,5,6______,Navi->toDefectScreen;
.
..
.. so on
Defect Screen:
Checkbox1 Dent
Checkbox2 2 Rust
Checkbox3 3 welding burn
.
..
..
etc.
