Security in power apps

I have my sharepoint list as a datasource and it has item level permissions. So when i use this list in power apps wether the same permissions will have for the users who does not have permissions for this item or it will reload all the items and throws an error?

Can you please let me know if any Impersonation step is there with out giving access to the list to the users where it has been shared.

Re: Security in power apps

Power Apps doesn't provide any kind of security layer.  User's will have the same permissions when using a Power App that they have in SharePoint online.  They just won't see any list items for which they don't have permission. Power Apps also doesn't have any kind of impersonation step.
