Re: Select canvas screen crashes powerapps

Hi @samurodrigo ,

Do you mean that you could not edit a screen in your canvas app?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, could not reproduce your issue. Please consider remove the screen from your app, re-add a new one in it, check if the issue still exists.

If you have published your app, please consider restore your app to previous version, check if the issue is fixed.

Restore app to previous version

If the issue still exists, please consider get the Session ID of your app, then submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:

@samurodrigo  No we've never seen it, though we are curious what would cause such a thing to happen.

Re: Select canvas screen crashes powerapps

Thank you for your answer @v-xida-msft

After a lot of tests, to access the screen again, I've removed the data source from my project (I'm using a sharepoint list), recreated the screen with the same fields and now, it's working.

It's a weird behavior and I couldn't find an answer.

But for me this solution is fine.

Re: Select canvas screen crashes powerapps

@samurodrigo Interesting, since actually we recently suggested this person here https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/PowerApp-Screen-crashes-powerApp-when-Screen... to try to remove the data source as a way to try and delete the screen. We wish we had made the same suggestion to you in this thread. We are glad this worked for you to remove the data source and then delete the screen and that you were able to check this on your own.

We do not know yet if it worked for that person's case.

Re: Select canvas screen crashes powerapps

@dynamicsedge, it worked for me like a charm!

But it's a strange behavior, I searched for errors in the browser's console, but didn't find anything.

I didn't remove the screen from my app, maybe i'll do more tests after a while.

Regards
