I have choice column on SharePoint list. I have edit form on PowerApps and like to change selected value of that choice field.
Or somehow other way save to sharepoint form with changed choice value.
What is easiest way to do that? Tried for wa while but didn't manage to do that.
So choice have values value1, value2, value3. Value1 is selected. I like to save form back to sharepoint list with choice value2.
My two bobs worth. Unless your user actively access teh sharepoint list (which I belive power apps takes away the need) I would just keep simple fields and use the dropdown capability etc in the poweapps controls. I have found that simplifying my lists to just text, numeric and dates goes a long way to making powerapps and sharepoint interaction a lot friendlier. Particular when it comes to the issue of delegations
Not sure that I have fully understood your issue. Did you mean that you want to change the choice column of each created items? If this is the situation, you just need to change it in the dropdown control in the editform and then submit the form. If my understanding is incorrect, please feel free to correct me.
What i am trying to do is update that chpoice value (in picture test2) to something else from dropdown list. But by code, not by hand.
For example add button on form and when user clicks button it changes choice-field value to test3 and submit the form.
