Send Data to Lotus Notes from Power app/sharepoint

Long shot here, but Id like to take a couple fields from a sharepoint list item, and create a JSON object that then gets consumed by Lotus Notes to generate a request in their system. Very vague I know, but any resources or suggestions on where to start would be appreciated!
