@Robertjde ,

The mistake is your references to Text1, Text2 and Text3. Are they Variables or controls? I cannot see your data, but you need to reference these correctly.

@WarrenBelz

Oh my mistake !!! It works!!!

Do you have an idea how to add a browser link to the formula???

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Email_Verteiler;

"QA Vorfall " & Dropdown1_3.Selected.Result & " Artikelnr. " & TextInput1_1.Text ;
"<p>" & "Vorfall Melder von: " & TextInput1.Text & "</p><p>" & "Abweichung an: " & Dropdown1_9.Selected.Result &"</p><p>"& "Art der Abweichung: " & Dropdown1_10.Selected.Result & "</p><p>" & "Beschreibung des Vorfalls: " & TextInput1_2.Text &" </p>"

Hi @Robertjde ,

Assuming you had a valid URL in  Text box called WebLink in the example below.

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
   Email_Verteiler;
   "QA Vorfall " & Dropdown1_3.Selected.Result & " Artikelnr. " & TextInput1_1.Text ;
   "<p>" & "Vorfall Melder von: " & TextInput1.Text & "</p>
   <p>" & "Abweichung an: " & Dropdown1_9.Selected.Result &"</p>
   <p>"& "Art der Abweichung: " & Dropdown1_10.Selected.Result & "</p>
   <p>" & "Beschreibung des Vorfalls: " & TextInput1_2.Text &" </p>" &
   "<a href='" & WebLink.Text & "'>Click here for the link</a>"
)

Note the quote pairs before and after the link '" (single-double) then "' (double-single)

@WarrenBelz First of all, thank you very much for your effort
I found the mistake. The problem was the quotes around the web link

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Email_Verteiler;"QA Vorfall " & Dropdown1_3.Selected.Result & " Artikelnr. " & TextInput1_1.Text ;
"<p>" & "Vorfall Melder von:  " & TextInput1.Text & "</p><p>" & "Abweichung an: " & Dropdown1_9.Selected.Result &"</p><p>"& "Art der Abweichung: " & Dropdown1_10.Selected.Result & "</p><p>" & "Beschreibung des Vorfalls: " & TextInput1_2.Text &" </p>" & "<a href='  https://apps.powerapps.com/play/11125746-0893-4540-b0ca-9729cdfe4c14?tenantId=22d30701-ec5e-4bdc-ba4f-b9234053b0a9.Text '>Hier klicken für Vorfall Details</a>")
