Send Office 365 email attachment with dynamic Name

I'm trying to trigger a button on my form to send an email that contains a pen input as a jpg file.

I have managed to send the signature as a jpg file but only by setting a generic name to the attachment file.

I'm now trying to send the email but change the attachment file name to pickup text submitted in a text input.

Office365.SendEmail("david.gorgan@acoolcompany.com","My Consent Form", "Body Text", {Attachments:Table({Name:"Signature.jpg",ContentBytes : PenInput1.Image, '@odata.type':""})});

I'm trying to send the signature as Name_Input.Text but if I do that I lose the file conversion, and it won't be sent as JPG file.

Please can somebody advise on a way to do this

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to send an attachment with dynamic name?

Try this formula:

Office365.SendEmail("david.gorgan@acoolcompany.com","My Consent Form", "Body Text",
{Attachments:Table({Name:TextInput1.Text & ".jpg",ContentBytes : PenInput1.Image, '@odata.type':""})});
