Send an Email to a person when their name is chosen from Active directory on Power Apps

I am looking for a way to send an email once a name from the AD has been selected in a Combobox. There is multiple selections in the Combobox. The mail is to inform the person who has been selected that a specific person has selected them for a task. The Mail should be sent on select of a Save to SharePoint button.
How can I do this?

If it is multi-select then you will need to use concat. Something like the below:

Just replace your values inside the concat with combobox selection.

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Concat('Tech Resource',Email, "; "),
"Email Subject",
"Email Body"
);

Hey @phipps0218 , thanks. I am new to power apps. My question is I thought this should be flagged by a button so that If I choose the wrong person it does not send an email.

What do you mean choose the wrong person, what is the logic to determine who has been picked if they are correct or not?

I was just bringing it up, to know what is the trigger of sending the email, is it once they are chosen in the combobox or once I have finished filling the form?

So the code I put above, can go on a button click or on the on success property of a form if you are using a form?

Yes, I am using a form.
