Hi,
i created the following "new employee" formular with PowerApps
In this formular the user had to fill diferent informations like company, department, street, manager, need programs and town.
I need an option to send ALL these informations to an email address and it is very important that the sender/requester is recognizable (e-mail adress).
PS: I tried it with PowerAutomate but then the sender is not recognizable.
Many thanks and best regards
Tim
You can use clod flow with power apps trigger
This will work in Power Automate and using the Power Apps trigger you can pass the email as an input variable. Which part is failing for you @ekime89 ?

maybe i have to add some informations.
If the user has all informations filled, he clicks on save. Then all the informations will be saved on a sharepoint list.
Currently i am using a power automate "send an email if a new item is created". This power automate is "not working" for me because the sender is always the same.
@NandiniBhagya20 @phipps0218 i can´t find the PowerApps trigger.👇
press skip then you will see Power Apps in the triggers
Ok, i just created an "Instant cloud flow". In the PowerApps canvas i added a button and linked this button with the PowerAutomate-flow.
BUT:
1. The buttons doesnt seem to work - i dont get an email.
2. I dont see the possibility to add the dynamic content (from the answers) to the email.
