@ryna122_7 ,

HTML will work OK in emails if you keep to simple tags (avoid <style> in particular). It is best to format in a HTML Text box to see what it looks like and then send the content of that to Outlook, however there are some things that will work in the box and not resolve properly in the email body.

Hi @ryna122_7 ,

You can probably use the PDF function as per this blog of mine

can the pdf automatically open when we received the email? not as attachment

@ryna122_7 ,

If you are asking whether you can embed a PDF document in an email body, then no, you cannot (this is more an issue with email capabilities than anything to do with Power Apps) - you need to attach it to the email

First of all, thank you for your time.

Is there anything I can do to have Power Apps' gallery appear in emails? I've tried using HTML, but it doesn't work well when opened from the Outlook application; nevertheless, it works great when opened from the Outlook website. I have no idea how to keep my html code unchanging.

Sorry for asking so many question.
