Hi,

I'm new to PowerApps development.

Want to create a flow that can trigger an email to all the users stored in the Sharepoint list by clicking on the button in PowerApps.

can anyone please help?

Hi @gumgih ,

if your requirment is only sending mail then No need to use FLow,

you can use directly from PowerApp.

You can use the office365Outlook Connector to Send EMail.
See the connector reference  -

For Sending the EMail for All the users in the list then you can use code like below -

@VijayTailor Thanks for your response.

I have already tried something similar to this, but I have 2000+ items in Sharepoint lists with duplicate email IDs as attached in the previous screenshot, can I restrict the "To" address with "Distinct" function.

Currently Using:

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(Concat('DS11.11.02_Ace_Scheduler_Review','Manager Mail Id',";"),"Ace Job Scheduler","Test Email");

Thanks,

Mayank

@VijayTailor

Thanks for your response, but still 1 issue like I have received 100+ email as my name is present 100 times in the SharePoint list, I want to filter the mail IDs and share a single email if there are duplicate entries in the list.

Attached is the screenshot for the same.
