Send link to email from form

Dear " & Form1.LastSubmit.'Requestor Name' & "," & "Thank you for your request attached is the link for future reference" & "Thank you," & "Team" & "Test " - This is what is show in the email when my form is submitted. The trouble I have is with formatting. I want it to read

Dear namehere,

Thank you for your request...

Thank you, Team

How can I get it to put spaces in between so it isn't all one line. Also, for the link portion ("'>Test " ), I want it to be Form1.Submit.LastID but when I try to do that it doesn't work because of the "". Is there a way I can make the link just the ID number instead of text.

hi @powerapps890 you can send the message using html

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2("emailaddress@ss.ss","test","Dear namehere, <br><br>
Thank you for your request <br><br>
Thank you, Team",{IsHtml:true})

Hope it helps

PS, with the link added

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2("rubin.boer@xxxxx","test","Dear namehere, <br><br>
Thank you for your request <br><br>

<a href=""" & Form1.Submit.LastID & """> The link name </a>

Thank you, Team",{IsHtml:true})

I can't figure it out with the solution you posted. This is my entire thing  If(!IsBlank(Form1.LastSubmit.Status), "Status Update: " & Form1.LastSubmit.Status & " for request ") & " Request - " & (Text(DateTimeValue(Label31.Text), "[$-en-US]mmddyyyy")& DataCardValue5.Text& Form1.LastSubmit.ID) & " - " & Form1.LastSubmit.Title,
"Dear " & Form1.LastSubmit.'Requestor Name' & "," & "Thank you for your request attached is the link for future reference" & "Thank you," & "xName" & "<a href='https://apps.powerapps.com/play/a9a8b83e-187d-4c5a-88c3-90f5a662873f?tenantId=5dbf1add-202a-4b8d-815..." & Form1.LastSubmit.ID & "'>Test </a> " @rubin_boer When I try to change the &'s to the , it just gives me a lot of errors @rubin_boer . I don't know how to incorporate all of the line breaks because I have a lot of extra code.

hi @powerapps890 lets break this down into pieces ok. Let's do this first

"Dear " & Form1.LastSubmit.'Requestor Name' & "," & ", Thank you for your request attached is the link for future reference" & " <br>Thank you," & " xName " & "<a href=' "" https://apps.powerapps.com/play/a9a8b83e-187d-4c5a-88c3-90f5a662873f?tenantId=5dbf1add-202a-4b8d-815..." & Form1.LastSubmit.ID & "'> Test </a>)

Add a textbok and button and set the

TextInput Text = "Jack" and set the buttom

OnSelect = Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
"your email address",
"test",
"Dear " & TextInput.Text & ", <br> Thank you for your request attached is the link for future reference <br>
<a href= "" https://apps.powerapps.com/play/a9a8b83e-187d-4c5a-88c3-90f5a662873f?tenantId=5dbf1add-202a-4b8d-815...""> Application Link </a><br>
Thank you, Team",
{IsHtml: true}
)

 run the app and check your email, if you get an email then lets get into the first part.

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
vUserMail,
If(!IsBlank(Form1.LastSubmit.Status), "Status Update: " & Form1.LastSubmit.Status & " for request ") & "Shareville Enhancement Request - " & (Text(DateTimeValue(Label31.Text), "[$-en-US]mmddyyyy")& DataCardValue5.Text& Form1.LastSubmit.ID) & " - " & Form1.LastSubmit.Title,
"Dear " & varUser & ", <br> Thank you for your request attached is the link for future reference <br>
<a href= "" https://apps.powerapps.com/play/a9a8b83e-187d-4c5a-88c3-90f5a662873f?tenantId=5dbf1add-202a-4b8d-815... Form1.LastSubmit.ID & "'>Test </a> ""> Application Link </a><br>
Thank you, <br>Team",
{IsHtml: true}
)
This is what I have so far and it looks good the issue is that the link is emailed with some weird characters after it, it should stop after =TestID50 and then the second problem is application link. Instead of Application link I want it to have the ID of the submission which would come from the id number in the form what is the syntax for that? @rubin_boer

Capture.PNGoh I see it's because of the Test at the end and then I dont know where the percent and random numbers are coming from. @rubin_boer This shouldnt have numbers after 103

@powerapps890 it looks like your last submit id. make sure only your apps web link is added here <a href= ""https://apps.powerapps.com/play/a9a8b83e-187d-4c5a-88c3-90f5a662873f?tenantId=5dbf1add-202a-4b8d-815..."">,

remove the part in yellow

If I remove the part in yellow how would the user get to the correct record? @rubin_boer
