Sending an email of PDF document from Powerapps

Hi,

I want users to send an email with a link to a PDF that is in my sharepoint site under documents.  I created a connection to O365 outlook successfully..

The function I am using as per below:

Office365Outlook.SendEmail(Emailinput;"D365 Content Requested";"Here is the link Requested: " & Documents.Identifier)

I get an error when I select the sharepoint documents datasource (Documents) and I am not sure if selecting Identifier is correct to get to the link.

Please help with the function to successfully add the file link to the email body.

Thanks

Re: Sending an email of PDF document from Powerapps

Hi @Suridup ,

Please use below formula instead:

Office365Outlook.SendEmail(Emailinput;"D365 Content Requested";Concatenate("Here is the link Requested: ",Gallery1.Selected.'Link to item'))

You could put this formula in the OnSelect property of the button inside the gallery. Gallery's data source should be the SP library.
