Sending mail to random groups from Outlook.

Hello everyone;
I want to send e-mails to certain groups from this interface of Outlook. But the people should be selected in groups according to preference.
Can I integrate powerapps into outlook for this and use it or does anyone have any other ideas about what I can do.

Hey! You have the function MailTo() in Power Apps, you can always use that function. But you need to create an app, there is no way to integrate PA in Outlook

Then I need to directly access the outlook interface in PA and send e-mails to the people I specified in powerapps. Is there a way to connect directly to outlook in the application (it can also be opened as a new window)?
