Server Response: An error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hello everyone
I get the following error message in the created application

The requested operation is invalid. Server Response: An error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. clientRequestId: 0c185d8f-b037-4820-b0ee-aa55ac450fda

If you close this notification, then the application is working correctly.
How can I find out where exactly I have a bug?

I found a mistake. In my case, I had to check IsBlank before LookUp

Hi,

Is it possible for you to expand further on this? Currently making an app and I keep getting this error message!

Thanks
