Server Response: SharePoint list failed: Bad Gateway

Hello, 

I just wanted to check if anyone is receiving "Server Response: SharePointList failed: Bad Gateway" error today?

Could there be something wrong on the Canvas App side that caused this error? Everything seemed to work fine a few hours ago.

Edit:
Error shows up, when OnSelect = SubmitForm(form_Registration) function is launched.

There has been an ongoing issue today related to authentication.

My guess is that if your save operation worked before but isn't working now, it may be due to this problem. My recommendation would be to wait until this is resolved, and to try again.
