Server code 429 - Server response not valid - connection error response

Hi there,

Today we seem to be having an issue with one of our apps. The app is a sign in system for visitors to log when they enter and leave the building, we've had this app for about a year and it logs the data to the SQL server.

Today we have had a new error: Server code 429 - Server response not valid - connection error response. Reception monitor the app as they are based next to the iPad in which the app is on and this is the error they said appeared.

The account we are using to run the app has PowerApps Plan 2, I can't remember the limit of runs possible with this plan but I do remember that we don't go near the limit of Flow runs for this plan.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm not sure where to go from here.

Thanks.

Hi @SKirkby ,

Are you sure that you didn't make any changes in your app? Is it exactly the same as its used to be when it worked good?

If you made any change, please show me in details.

Is your data source on-promises SQL Server?

If so, please try these:

1)update your gateway to the latest version

2)remove your connection with SQL Server and recreate

Here's a similar issue for your reference:

If the problem still exists, I suggest you ask for help here:
