Set Y Property of Gallery (to top of another gallery/Scrolling)

Hello,

I have two galleries. I need to have the top of gallery 2 stay at the bottom of gallery 1 every time the app starts.

Thanks in advance,

End Goal (more info)
I am trying to make an old school announcement scroller. It starts over once it is off the app screen, but I want it to look like it is on a loop, not just restarting when it exits the page. I keep thinking it will be something along the lines of Gallery 2 Y property = gallery 1. Height or something like that but I really don't know. I am using this article for the scroller but I need it to flow as it leaves the page and i think the Y property will help me...hopefully.

(I assume either on app start or on screen visible?)

Maybe you can set the Y formula for the 2nd gallery to something like this?

BrowseGallery1.Y+BrowseGallery1.Height
