Set date variable to currently selected CDS field

Hi,

I'm trying to set a variable to a field value of a currently selected CDS field.

I have a form that originates from a gallery list, having selected a specific record.

In the OnVisible property I'm trying to set a variable to one of the date fields of the current record. I need to reference the data directly and not the related data card.

This is an example of what I've tried -

Set(Time_Stamp, 'CDS Data'.Field1_TimeStamp)

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi @ICM,

If you would like to save the timestamp of current record, then the formula should be:

Set(Time_Stamp, Gallery.Selected.Field1_TimeStamp)

See if this would work.
