Below will set the values to person control, though that values are not saving to the list.
Office365Users.MyProfile()
Office365Users.Manager(Office365Users.MyProfile().UserPrincipalName)
kind give me syntax to default value for person field.

The Office365Users functions only work with Office 365 Users connection, not with SharePoint users and groups. To use these formulas, you will to add the Office365 Users connection. For more information, please refer to:
