Re: Set value to the textbox from the search userprofile

Hi @yhlow,

I noticed that you said the Form data is from SharePoint list, but in your formula I saw that you used Office365 users connection. Please understand that Office365 Users connection is the user profile from AzureAD, but SharePoint people and group column uses SharePoint user profile.

For your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/connections/connection-office365-users

Please check if you have misunderstood anything.

Mona

Re: Set value to the textbox from the search userprofile

Hi @v-monli-msft,

You are right, the fomula is from the office360users.

i use that to search for the users and select it to add into my form, the two fields (userid / username) need to be passed from the selection to this form.

Once this is done, the form will then save back to the sharepoint list. so that user can managed their own approval list.

Thanks,
