Hi, I'm having a weird issue in the Sharing option of my Power App. Not all users which have access to the App are displayed in the Share Menu! (see screenshot below). It stops at the letter K alphabetically.
I need to make a certain person a Co-Owner of the App, for sharing rights. But I can't make the person show up, with either filter type and there's no way to search for the user. Not sure why there would be a limit on how many users are displayed here.

have this issue regularly with the number of people some of my apps are shared with.
Have you tried starting typing the name into the search box? It should bring up what you need and if you keep typing the full name and the person is already there, it will tell you as below. If they are not in the list, you need to talk to your O365 Administrator.

Hi @WarrenBelz , of course I've tried searching the person but it just states "this person already has access to the app" - there's no way of filtering the person out and changing their rights to Co-Owner! It's like there's a number limit on the viewable users.
Small things like this irritate me about Powerapps.. like why is this a problem? How can you not see every person that has access to the app??

I was not entirely clear about that from your first post.
How many users are sharing it - I have about 150 although the user eventually comes up in search to allow the changing of permissions such as yours.
Also have you tried in different browsers or even devices. I am on an iPad presently and to my surprise, my big list works and searches perfectly on it using a Chrome browser
Other than this, the only way I can think of for you would be to start deleting some and make a note of them, then when you find and change the one you need, put them back.

I have tried to reproduce the same issue as you reported and in my end it brought me all the users I've shared with.
Could you please retry the operation on your end and see if it is still reproducible? Also try in another browser please.

Mine work on most shares as well. PowerApps as good as it is, still has bugs that frustrate and confuse even experienced users.
As I mentioned, browsers and devices have an impact on a lot of things.
As I've stated above, this is currently the situation with an App at work. I've tried multiple browsers all with the same thing.
The number of users viewable in the Share menu is capped at 50 persons - perhaps you didn't add that many on your test.
Also it would be handy if Powerapps actually showed the number of users who had access to an app.
