Share custom entity, Delete it, the form does not close

I think this is a bug in the model driven app framework but I'm not sure

I am building a custom model driven app

When I share a record from a custom entity and then delete it, the form does not close but instead displays "Not available" in red for every field visible on the form (see attachment for an example)

The record appears to have deleted successfully but is not closed automatically.
If any other action is performed before Delete, the form is closed as expected.

If I Share then delete via Advanced Find, it is closed automatically as expected.

This happens for multiple different users

Can anyone confirm if this is a bug?

@FCGALLEG thanks for confirming, I've raised a support ticket for this issue now, will update once I get a response

I got a reply from an MS Support Engineer on Friday once it got routed to the right team: Dynamics 365 Customizations & SDK

They were able to reproduce it on a vanilla environment and it will now be raised internally to be looked at by the product group
