Share mobile app with external users not the web version

I have a canvas app which can be accessed by internal users through the PowerApps mobile app. The web version of canvas app can be shared with external users using Azure but not through the PowerApps mobile app. If the canvas app was wrapped and made available as a standalone app on ios/andriod and other systems. Can this wrapped mobile app be shared with external users as a mobile app ?
