Hello,
I have the exact opposite of the following article as a problem:
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Power-Apps-Custom-Forms-not-refreshing-on-ed...
I have an custom form which is mainly intended to edit existing records. This works fine so far. The record of the SharePoint list is changed by the patch function and this is also displayed correctly in the PowerApps form (after refresh of the DataSource).
However, the original functionality of the SharePoint list, that the updated record is displayed immediately, has disappeared since SubmitForm was replaced by Patch. You now have to press F5 each time to display the record with the new data.
Unfortunately there ist no way to go back to the SubmitForm function, because I had to use cascading dropdowns.
Is there a workaround for this?
