SharePoint Form Dimensions in Inches

I am automating our Agile board's card creation using a SharePoint list. When the form opens, I'd like it to be exactly 3"x5" - the size of an index card. This way, they can print their card directly from the form. Is this possible? If so, how?

Printing directly is still not avaiable so far in PowerApps. But you could vote on below idea, whose status is started:
