SharePoint List PowerApp -- EditForm1 Read Only

Hello,

I'm looking to modify a SharePoint List generated PowerApp EditForm Screen. I am trying to make the 'Title' field read only on the edit screen. How can I do this? Basically, I don't want folks to edit the Title when editing a from the sharepoint list. Thank you in advance!

Hi @djean64

Select the Title data card from the formcontrol in your App

Then - Unlock the data card by clicking on "unlock to change properties"

Next set display mode property to -

If(SharePointForm1.Mode= FormMode.New,DisplayMode.Edit,DisplayMode.View)

where SharePointForm1 - is the name of the form control

Re: SharePoint List PowerApp -- EditForm1 Read Only

To make the Title field read-only click on the Datacard and change the Display Mode to View on the right-side properties menu. Currently your display mode is set to Edit.
