SharePoint List PowerApps Form: Parent Header Form and child form with details

Hi Dears,

I need a header details form stored in one list and the other list storing child details.

Therefore, the header details will be entered by the user and for the child details, there should be an add button to add details row by row. 

how can 2 lists be created that are linked to each other and also how with the click of add button the rows are visible.
