SharePoint List customize powerapps form with role based security

Hi PowerApps Community Members,

I have two SharePoint Lists named as "SharePoint Project Expenses" and "User Email".

This SharePoint Project Expenses list contains all the details about the SharePoint Project as like below:

The User Email list contains all the user emails (including Admin and Non-Admin users). The User Email list, you can see in the below screenshot:

I have created a Powerapps form (Edit form) and connected these two SharePoint list Data sources. As per my requirement, I want to make role-based security to Admin where he/she can edit all the fields from the Powerapps Form and the User (Non-Admin) who can edit only two/three fields from that form. See the below Powerapps form for your reference:

Here, From all these fields, I want to make only 2 fields editable (like Title and Number of User) those a Non-Admin user can edit. But, the Admin can edit all the fields.

Can anyone suggest to me how I can do this thing easily?

Hi @Preeti1234 

May be not the best / Proper solution but i will design it as 2 powerapps one for Admins and another one for Non-Admins and share it accordingly.

Best practice is to use AD Groups or AD Security groups

But you are able to do it this way

You need to lookup the SharePoint list with the admins on and then on the display property of the item 
Your SharePoint list will cause issues as you have the same name of the list and a colounm.

I would just simply add names of the admin into the list title.

Then you could change the display property to
If(User().Email in 'User Email.Title,displaymode.edit,displaymode.view)

Thank you for your reply!!

As per your suggestion, I have added only the Name in the List Title column.

Then on the field DisplayMode property, I have set this below formula as like below:

But what happens is, As I am the Admin (Based on the List Title column), After applying this formula, this field is on View mode for me also that should not be.

As I am Admin, I can edit all the fields but other users can not edit this field.

Can you help me with this?
