SharePoint List forms affected by response to SharePoint Notifications

I have a problem with the notifications delivered by SharePoint Online, such as email and other communications.

When creating a SharePoint List Item, I may receive a notification from sharepoint - this nothing to do with the powerapp formula function Notify(), but a message to say I have a meeting upcoming or an email.

 

When I click on the SharePoint notification or on the dismiss button there, the new Form on my SharePoint list disappears, and I cannot get it back.  If I try to do so by clicking on "New", the form clears to blank, and my data is lost.

Could you please share more details of your SP list setting?

Could you please share more about your Form?

Do you configure some flows to send notification with this Email?

Do you create or delete alert as this?
