SharePoint List with Location Details - into BingMap or Google Map

Hi,

I've been searching all over the place to find a guide on this i can't seem to find any help on it.

I have a sharepoint list of different hotel venues across the UK, this is showing in a gallery in my powerapp, what i'm trying to get to, is when the user clicks through to see more details about the venue, the venue is plotted on a map. I have tried all sorted of different code options, using the BingMap.Getmapv2 and Bingmap.getfromaddress . i have manually entered the address details in the sharepoint list, and also used the location column that generates all the data automatically.

None of these seem to plot the correct position on the map, it keeps just plotting it in the middle of the ocean. No matter what i try. I get errors in the code such as expecting a table, or invalid data in latitude.

Is there any clear guide on how to do the above, it seems like it should be a simple process, seeing as i have all the address details, i just can't get this linking with the map item.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Hi @mousman85 ,

For further diagnosis, please share the formula you used to display the map. In my test, the location can be displayed well in the map, here is my test formula, please make sure the latitude and longitude are all correct. For more information: Get static map

BingMaps.GetMapV2("Road",15,"47.64054","-122.12934",{pushpinLatitude:"47.64054",pushpinLongitude:-122.12934,pushpinLabel:"P1",pushpinIconStyle:59})
