SharePoint PowerApp Form Sizing Issue.

From a SharePoint List I have created a Power App to replace the initial form. My form size in Power App is 1000 W x 800 H.

When I look at my form from the "list" setting I can see the full screen 

However, I only want to send the end use the form and not provide access to my list. When I COPY out the URL Link my form truncates to this. (Even with my Browser Zoom set at 100%.)

I need this form to render its fields without a bottom scroll bar.

How do I get it to fit?
