Hi,
I am very new to Powerapps, and this is puzzling me. I created a form connected to a list in sharepoint as a test, with 4 fields and it worked, but it was badly designed and didnt like it.
I then created a new form, much nicer, 12 fields and linked to the same list. Perfect
However, no matter what I do in sharepoint it brings up the old form, I have even deleted all the fields off the old form but it still brings up the 4 field version when i click add item.
How do i refresh or tell SharePoint to use the new form, or delete the old one..?
thanks

Hi @CYT_Dev ,
Could you please share a bit more about your issue?
Do you custom a form for your SP List using PowerApps (via clicking PowerApps-> "Customize forms" option)?
Did you publish your your new form to your SP list after you made changes to the old custom form?
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. When you made changes to the previous custom form, in order to apply it to your SP list, please consider publish the new form to your SP list:
After that, click "Back to SharePoint" button, try your custom form again, check if the issue is solved.
If the issue still exists, please consider remove the previous custom form from your SP list, then re-create a new custom form for it, then try it again, check if the issue is solved.
