Hoping someone can help me out... I have a custom form sitting atop SharePoint that has custom logic to display data from a API or Table depending on a property selection, everything is working perfectly and saving correctly.

The main issue is when viewing the form after save or on edit. The form is not showing what I selected, instead its showing the first entery from API or table by default. If I look at SharePoint properties of the form itself I can verify the data is saved correctly. How can I tell PowerApps to look at saved data by default other than requerying on edit or view?

Items Code:

If(DataCardValue3.Selected.Value="NA3",(AzureResourceManager.SubscriptionsList().value),(Table({displayName:"dev", subscriptionId:"02f37ec2-835b-4a67-87b2-11b38a9f2910"},{displayName: "prod", subscriptionId:"02f37ec2-835b-4a67-87b2-11b38a9f2910"})))

I've attached screenshots...

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

How do you display the data from a API or Table within your app? Using a Gallery?

Where do you put the formula (Items code) that you provided within your app?

Further, could you please share more details about the Item property of the Edit form within your app?

Please check if the Item property of the Edit form within your app is set to following formula:

IsBlank(SharePointIntegration.Selected) || IsEmpty(SharePointIntegration.Selected),

More details about customizing Custom form for a SP list, please check the following article:
