Hello everyone,
I would like to create an app where users can register to some events.
However, I don't know how to add a shared calendar from a mailbox, is that possible? Or, can we use a Microsoft Flow on that event ?

I'd like to suggest a video by Audrie Gordon called "Building an Event Calendar App Using PowerApps (on a Plane)". In the 30min video she shows all the steps needed to create an events app based on a SharePoint calendar and allow users to add the event to their calendar. I know my response is not a direct answer to your question but I feel it is the best place to start if you are new to building calendar apps with PowerApps.
