Sharepoint Custom Form not open

From yesterday's evening I have problems with custom Sharepoint PowerApp Form - nothing happens if i click either Add new, Edit or Open item (even no errors/warnings in browser console). I have two copies of the same form on DEV and INT environments and both of them stoped working (on the DEV i made no changes and publish from last week)

 

I'm able to open the form in NewForm.aspx, EditForm.aspx, DispForm.aspx and it works perfectly then.

Hi @dpol92 ,

 

Have you tried to customize the Form in PowerApps? Check if the data source is connected and the formulas in SharePointIntegration control are correct:

Thanks for yout answer, but unfortunately this don't help me.

As it is written above I'm able to open the form directly on the pages NewForm.aspx, EditForm.aspx, DispForm.aspx and then it works perfectly. Nothink happens when l click either "Add new", "Edit" or "Open" buttons (then form should open in appropriate mode in popup). The weirdest is that on the DEV everything was working well and without any changes suddenly stopped working two weeks ago on the night of Thursday to Friday (26-27 of September).

 

I found that this stopped working on the lists with TemplateID = 120 (CustomGrid). I also have informations from other developers that this stopped working with TemplateID = 107 (Tasks), the same situation - it stopped working two weeks ago on the night of Thursday to Friday.

This is still an issue for us. Chrome will not open the custom PowerAPP form, neither the "New" nor the "edit" version.  We run 50% legacy Macs so Safari doesn't work.  We have switched to FireFox and that works for now. I have noticed that in Classic Mode the forms work, but not in the modern version. This has been a real nightmare.

Getting the same issue.

Only cropped up in the last few days (29/11/2019).

Custom PowerApps forms for SharePoint lists wont work. Nothings happening when you click new or list items or edit in the context menu. no errors in the browser developer console either.

 

They are working fine in Internet explorer but not in Chrome or Edge (beta).

Checked the list template ID's (100) they were created around May this year using modern experience on a modern site.

 

 

Any update on this or did MS do a fix in the background ? Sitting with the same problem now.

We are having the same issue. I have ticket open with Microsoft.  Our Admin health console has issues so they are aware of it.

Just received an email:

 

My name is XXXXXXX with Office 365 Concierge Support, and I will be your support engineer on this ticket. I've reviewed the issues with power apps in sharepoint that you mentioned you are undergoing at the moment. I checked the health of this program, and it appears there is a service degradation with sharepoint not allowing users to open powerapps forms. This issue is still under investigation by Microsoft and its being worked on so the problem is resolved. For your own knowledge, you can check on the status of sharepoint by going in your admin center, and click health on the left side with all other options in order to keep yourself updated. I will closely monitor the health as well so that when ever things appear to be up and running again properly, I can notify you
