Sharepoint List App FOR TABLET/COMPUTER

Why can't you create an app from a Sharepoint List for the PC??? 

It is completely illogical for my company to perform the function I created an app for on their phone - yet it is the only option available from my list (which is also necessary...) 

Am I missing something?? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They just released the ability to embed a PowerApp on a SharePoint page so that you can use it on a PC. Have you checked into that?

Ok. I have gotten the app installed/embedded on the SharePoint page. 

It works!  on Chrome & Edge, but NOT Internet Explorer... 

any ideas?
