Sharepoint List Connection - Can we use a service account for creation and update(CRUD)? - Canvas App

In Canvas App,

Can we have a Service Account for connection to sharepoint list and update that list from Powerapps form through the service account connection alone instead of using all the logging user's connection to sharepoint?

For Example :

Service Account would have the access to CRUD the list and the logging user wont have CRUD access but they should be able to submit data through form which will go through the Service Account connection.

Is this making sense?

I remember doing this type of thing in Power Automate in past but it was for CDS i guess.

So is this possible to do in Sharepoint List? Having only one account's connection to CRUD? User can have read access but update and delete access is what we are trying to restrict.

Any ideas or work around is also much appreciated.

Thanks
