Sharepoint and Powerapps record

Hello All,

Actually i use a list sharepoint, powerapps and powerautomate (BEGINER LEVEL), but i don't understand one thing, why on sharepoint list all record is ok,

but when i use powerapps some record are not visible i have juste name of colonne and [Record] ([Enregistrement]) .

Hi @Hamza-Trabelsi ,

This is happened because your two columns are defined in sharepoint as choice type/person type / lookup type column and is recognized by powerapps as record type (containing multiple values as a record one).

For example a choice value item from sharepoint is stored in a record like:

{ ID:"1";

 value:"choicevalue"}

so if you want to see in powerapps the value of this type of column try to use a label text:

Text: First([@'Plan d"amelioration']).Typedeconstat.value

and you'll see the value of the column Typedeconstat from the first record.

FYI: the First() function is not delegable from powerapps to sharepoint and will get a warning sign, but first you need to understand  how the records data works in powerapps.
