Sharepoint columns max

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement of building an App, but i need to make 500 columns in SP, which SP is not allowing as there is a limit based on column type, max 250 columns. Any suggestions on how to develop such form with thosoe many columns

Looks like you are going above 8k bytes limit. Check the limits here

You can use CDS instead and create an entity. I believe it allows 1023 fields per entity OR just use Azure SQL

Thank you for replying, but we do not have any CDS License, so taking a different route.
