Re: Sharepoint dropdown choices

Hi @HN,

Do you want to change the value within the Status column (Combo box control) when you click the Check icon?

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:9.JPG

Set the OnNew property of the SharePointIntegration control to following formula:

NewForm(SharePointForm1);
Set(IsClicked,false) /* <--- Add this code */

Set the OnEdit property of the SharePointIntegration control to following formula:

EditForm(SharePointForm1);
Set(IsClicked,false) /* <--- Add this code */

Set the OnSelect property of the Check icon to following formula:

Set(IsClicked,true)

Set the DefaultSelectedItems property of the Combo box control within the Status Data card to following formula:

If(
    IsClicked=true,
    {
      '@odata.type':"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference",
       Value:"Approved"
    },
    Parent.Default
)
