Sharepoint form and SQL connection

Hello.

I made a Sharepoint form with power apps in wich I connect it to sql to display some information within the from. For me and some user the connection works an the filter to the table is made, to others it does not show any information in the table. Any help or suggestion on what to look for to solve this issue would be great. thanks!

Can you please confirm that the user who are seeing this issue, have appropriate roles on the App, Sharepoint and SQL Server? Also, what is the expression that you have used to filter out the results?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you custom a form within your SP List using PowerApps? Which SQL Server do you connect to from your app? On-Premises SQL or Azure SQL?

Further, could you please share a screenshot about this issue?

 

Please check if the other users (who faced this issue) have enough permission to access your SP List. In addition, please check if the other users have owned a proper PowerApps licenses.

 

If you added the On-premises SQL Server table as data source in your custom form app, the end users must own PowerApps Plan 1 license at least to access your custom form app. Currently, the On-premises data connector is not available for Office 365 license includes PowerApps.
