Good afternoon,
I have built a list in Sharepoint that has 2 date columns and both were working great until started experimenting with column and list validations. Since then, I have the error: 'Please add a date that isn't greater than today' everytime I try to submit a new item. I have removed the validations and that didn't fix it. I have even deleted those columns from the list and the error still appears and prevents me from being able to add a new item to the list.
It looks to me like there's something cought in the back end that it will not forget even when the bad validation formula has been removed!?
I have tried everything I can think of and I'm considering starting from scratch which I really don't want to do!
Thanks for any help in advance!
Louise
If you have made changes in the underlying datasource - have you refreshed your datasource in your app designer? This will be important so that it recognizes the changes.
I hope this is helpful for you.
