Dear Community Members, I have recently developed a ticketing system using the SharePoint list. Now if I mention someone with the @symbol in the SharePoint comment section I want him to see what comments I made in his ticket but don't want him to get access to the ticketing site and make changes. What's happening at the moment every time I am mentioning someone with the @ symbol they are sent a link to contribute to the SharePoint list where they can come and edit the ticket status. How do I restrict them from getting access to the site after we mentioned them in the comment section using @ symbol? Any leads will be highly appreciated. I tried changing the site permission and list permission but no luck.

Thanks in advance.
