Sharing a PowerApp with Sharepoint connector shows an error

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone can help , I  recently created a basic app that pull's a SharePoint list from a SharePoint site , It was designed so anything updated in the list would update the app and external customer's can view the app and see any changes.

  • I created the PowerApp
  • Invited the external user's (gmail account) to my Azure AD  as a guest
  • Assigned that account a PowerApp's license
  • Added the External user to the SharePoint site's member's group.

  1. The guest then receives 2 email's 1 to join our organization as a guest which is setup ok.
  2. The second invited them to use the SharePoint Application,
  • The user then reaches the SharePoint connector page below,

  • The user tries to sign in using the account that was added as a guest to our tenant and then receives the error below,

  • When I select more it shows an authentication error

I have re-created a PowerApp without the SharePoint connector and that open's up ok with the guest account,  I'm new to PowerApp's so I'm sure it's something I am missing, Any help you can offer to a newbie is appreciated.

Can the user access the SharePoint site directly?  Have them try to login directly once and then try the app again.  Also, group permissions can take some time to apply since they are cached.  The user may have to wait overnight for the group to refresh in SharePoint.
