Hi everyone,
I have a sample application that I have built using standard connectors (available for free) and I am having per app plan so I can make use of the premium connectors as well but for now I have not used them in this application. So for sharing as we know we need to select the share option and then specify the members with whom we want to share the app (specifying the email). I had some questions which are:
1 - Assume if I have 20 members with whom I want to share this application then I will need to specify all the 20 members in the share option. Another thing is if I have any connectors/data source like a SharePoint list, List then I will need to share the same with all the 20 members as well. And later on if there are any more members then I will have to repeat the same process.
So can this be avoided is there any way where we can group all the members in a group and when sharing the application specify the group and while sharing the data source. (Sharing in one go)
2 - So, I did make a security named 'Power Apps Test' (to club members in a group) and tried sharing the application and I got the security group but when I tried to use the same security to share the SharePoint list the security group was not found. So which group should be the right choice to share the application and the data source?.
3 - If I want to share the application in my team so that they can only test it out from their end to get some feedbacks (on performance) no editing in the application so in that case is it necessary to give the co-owner access, if we just give the user access is it fine?.
Even after sharing the application if the user does not have access to the data sources they get an error: 'Network error' so I always have to share the list and then they can access the application but I was looking for a way that at the time of sharing itself I want to grant access to the data sources so that I don't need to come back and give the access.
4 - The other thing was I had created a Office 365 security group (mentioned in point 2) and after creating when I tried to access/edit I was not able to, what might be the issue and how to solve the same. (It gave a message that you need to be global administrator or user management admin, but as this an organization account how can I get the privileges).
These were some of my queries it will be helpful if you can provide any help for the same.

Firstly, are you in the Owners of this group
If so, it should be available to you to share with both SharePoint and Power Apps. All you have to do after that is to add/delete members.

Yes I am the owner of the security group but after creation of the security group it does not allow to edit the group

Just checked in Azure AD, User Type for my name was Member so in that case I will not be able to assign any security roles right?.
The other question if I am assigned 'Member' role then how am I able to create a Office 365 security group?.
So is there any alternative in this scenario, like automating the process to share an app and the data sources like we mention the names/email once and then the application name and all the data sources like SharePoint, List used in the application will be shared with all the users mentioned.

I use the PowerAppsForMaker connector with the Office365Groups connector to get GroupIDs and Add/Remove users from groups. My interface looks like this

You need your App IDs and Group IDs (I got these from Flow by running 'Get Groups I'm a member of ' action - I think that's what it's called?)
Then it's just a case of tying it all together in the app, like above. It took awhile to get things working but all smooth sailing now.

Thanks for your replies, I figured a way around to share the List with all members from a Teams channel in one go which is using security group at List level, so now I only need to type all the member email while sharing the app.
