ShiftForMicrosoftTeams - I can only see the next 2 weeks' shifts

Hello guys,

We're using Shifts on Teams and I'm connecting a PowerApps to it. It works perfectly, I'm able to pull the shifts for each group etc...

But, there is one thing I don't understand:

I can pull shifts from the upcoming weekend, the weekend after, and after... But ANYTHING beyond, doesn't appear on the PowerApps.

Here's the code below, and the only thing I change to pull shifts from further weekends is the variable varStartTime and varEndTime with a simple DateAdd(). I have even set a very wide windows of starttime and endtime, but they simply don't appear while they are correctly added on Shifts....

Appreciate your help...

Thanks

Anthony

Hi @AnthonyRgn ,

The number of records it returns has a default value.

Maybe the number of your records exceeds this value.

So , you could try to use $top column.

Please try the following formula:

ClearCollect(
ColShifts,
Filter(
ShiftsforMicrosoftTeams.ListShifts(
"9e1fb6be-e784-467a-bc4b-xxxxxxxxx",
{
startTime: Text(
varStartTime,
DateTimeFormat.UTC
),
endTime: Text(
varEndTime,
DateTimeFormat.UTC
),'$top':200
}
).value,
schedulingGroupId = varDepartment.id
)
)

In addition, after adding shift, do you share them all with the teams?

hi guys,

No it's not because if this.

It looks like an issue with the connector itself who doesn't pull the data properly, please see picture attached

I've opened a ticket with Microsoft, will revert

Cheers

Anthony
